Fire and Rain is a romance and mystery set in London, Turkey and Iran.
It's 1979. The fires of revolution burn and Iran is rapidly descending into anarchy. Lives will change, and they will change utterly. Loved ones will perish, families will be scattered, many people will become refugees, unable to return to a country being torn apart. They have to make a new life somehow, somewhere. They have to survive.
The year 2000, and a new millenium. Two women come to England as teenagers and refugees. They don't know each other, but they're connected in some way, and destined to meet. Years later, at the turn of a new century, Jamie encounters both of them.
